EFT Hampshire: Emotional Support for Clarity and Confidence during and after divorce
Susan Cowe Miller: EFT practitioner
I offer support and help when working through the uncomfortable emotional journey that is called Divorce. As a psychotherapist I work with varying issues, but managing stress and anger are vital when important decision making is taking place.
You are very important. You want and need to make the right choices. I can help.
My emotional healing practice is based on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping and Matrix Reimprinting. (A pilot study has taken place with acceptable results for those with a scientific bent). Many hypnotherapists, counsellors and psychiatrists use EFT to help clients lower stress levels.
I am very open to trying new therapies but I wasn’t expecting such a quick result from working with Susan. The one session we had together completely changed my thinking patterns.
I loved the visualisation and realised I could manifest my results. I tested the tapping just a few days later in a situation that would normally leave me anxious – I literally just tapped the negative feelings away. Thanks Susan

EFT works on 2 levels
1. On mindset and the belief system
2. At a cellular level clearing internalised blocked emotions which are hugely responsible for poor physical health.
Calm, clarity and confidence are vital when
· maintaining discussion
· financial and emotional decisions need made
· planning the next steps to Enjoy Life’s Journey
When we clear emotional baggage we are free for the good things to come out way. Confidence grows.
More about me:
I have written a book ‘Survive and Thrive after Trauma’. Autobiographical: my husband’s decline into alcoholism, divorce proceedings started and his sudden death; a Resources Section also offering explanation of emotive terminology and emotive conditions; plus interviews with others now thriving who with hindsight share their golden nugget, perhaps for your future success.
My primary teaching background allows me to ably support children in anger and anxiety management. Our beliefs are set in place at a very early age. The sooner a child who displays coping difficulties is gently helped, the less likelihood there is for them to maintain and strengthen particular strong negative beliefs. (IS THIS WAY TOO MUCH INFO?)
I married this summer 2013. Quite remarkable.
My big children are wonderful young people and for that I am eternally grateful.
