Julian has been a member of Resolution since 1987 and is committed to the constructive and non-confrontational approach and code of practice of Resolution solicitors.

Julian has been a solicitor in the Guildford area since 1987 and during that time has practised widely in Family Law. He deals with cases relating to children, all aspects of divorce, and financial settlements.

He has a particular interest in prenuptial agreements and also in collaborative law, and is a trained collaborative lawyer.

 

 

Julian believes: “More and more clients recognise that achieving a fair outcome is more important than winning or losing, and a much more stable foundation for the future. I am interested in providing a friendly and efficient service, and achieving those fair outcomes for my clients.
